Example: Defining the “optimum level” of services, equipment and organisation
On behalf of the Eiffage Group (builder) and Elisa (operator of the 50,000 seat Grand Stade Lille Métropole), TeamStadia was given the mission of
- Defining the optimum level of services and equipment for the main users of the stadium : general public spectators, VIPs, media, athletes, suppliers, etc.
- In accordance with business plan objectives, taking into account the resident club’s constraints and EURO2016 (UEFA) regulations, writing specifications and coordinating tenders for seats, turf, furniture, audiovisuals, media, security cameras, etc.
- Human Resources : defining the optimum organisation required for the use of the stadium (charts and job descriptions).
